Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Feathered Nest Decor. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make things right. If you need to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
